We use an outward-postcode area to request a PVGIS generation estimate, then show the tariff and self-use assumptions behind the result.

We publish this guidance for households in Great Britain. It is intentionally cautious because the decision depends on a complete product, its documentation, the mounting location and the electrical installation.

SocketWatts does not approve products or certify installations. If an answer is uncertain, pause and check it with the landlord, freeholder, manufacturer or a competent electrician as appropriate.
